How Adunni Atelier handles delivery, returns and your order.
Shipping & delivery
Most pieces are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, Adunni Atelier begins production and will keep you updated through to dispatch. We offer local & nationwide delivery. Delivery is via Nationwide courier (GIG Logistics), In-house dispatch, Lagos. Delivery timeframes and costs are confirmed at checkout or by the designer. Lagos 1-2 days, nationwide 3-5 days. Cost confirmed at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Because many items are made to order or bespoke to your measurements, returns are handled case by case. If there is a problem with your order — a defect or the wrong item — contact Adunni Atelier within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Custom and made-to-measure pieces are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
